This non-profit civic club was founded on May 19, 1977. We are a member of KIWANIS International. Our worldwide project this year is to ELIMINATE Maternal Neonatal Tetenus (MNT), in cooperation with UNICEF and Kiwanis International. Our goal is 110 Million dollars. The International organization serves over 80 countries and has a worldwide membership in excess of 325,000 members. Our focus is on children, and our motto is "We serve the children of the world".

Our club has about 45 men and women members. We meet every Thursday morning at 7AM at the VILLAGE INN  Restaurant, on Rt. 1, north of King Street. All are welcome to our meetings. A breakfast is served for $8.50. We support several local organizations and high school Key Clubs and elementary school K-clubs. Our website is   www.historickiwanis.net
